Canon T3i with Tamron SP AF-17-50mm F/2.8 XR Di II VC and RODE VideoMic Pro.
Manual focus, shutter speed 60, F/2.8, ISO whatever it wanted to be. Focused a little better this time, again :) Audio slightly changed to one tick above zero instead of four ticks above zero. No post-processing on either video or audio.
Imported into iMovie at full resolution, exported from iMovie to 1920 x 1080, then dragged and dropped to Google+
