Honestly, I'm fine with a Catholic, or Christian, or Mormon, or Muslim, or Jewish, or Atheist or Agnostic as president.
Not so fine with pretending to be something you're not.  If Mitt had been spending the past 20 years trying to hide his Mormon background, alleging to be a Catholic, while still wearing the magical underwear, I'd call him out on it too.
