Canon T3i with Tamron SP AF-17-50mm F/2.8 XR Di II VC and RODE VideoMic Pro. +20dB on the VideoMic Pro, 1 tick 4 ticks above zero on the camera.
Manual focus, shutter speed 60, F/2.8, ISO whatever it wanted to be. No post-processing on the video, but normalization done on the audio in iMovie.
Imported into iMovie at full resolution, exported from iMovie to 1920 x 1080, then dragged and dropped to Google+
